OVERVIEW

Scope of work includes Design and installation of a Safe Domestic Electrical System with an electric leakage protection system (ELCB/RCCB) for each floor/area;

Installation of a Centralized Hot Water System using a Heat Pump or solar energy to save costs;

Providing ventilation systems and preparing air-conditioning infrastructure;

Deploying Low-Electrical and Security Systems such as high-speed fiber optic internet, surveillance camera systems, access control systems using magnetic cards, and automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems, ensuring a modern, convenient and absolutely safe living environment.

PROJECT CONCEPT

Safe, Modern and Convenient M&E System for Educational Environment. The project focuses on building an M&E system with a focus on Student Safety and High-class Amenities, while using energy-saving solutions to reduce operating costs for the school.
