OVERVIEW
The main work includes Auditing and Upgrading the Main Power System, focusing on replacing/renovating low-voltage electrical cabinets and especially adding/upgrading the reactive power compensation system (Capacitor Bank) to achieve optimal $cosphi$ and avoid electricity fines;
Checking and replacing old, damaged power cables for large-capacity equipment such as boilers and filling machines;
Implementing a comprehensive conversion of the Lighting System to energy-saving industrial LED lights that are moisture-proof and dust-proof, helping to improve the working environment and significantly reduce operating costs.
PROJECT CONCEPT
Improve Factory Power Supply Efficiency and Safety. The goal is to optimize energy efficiency and increase the stability and safety of the power supply, which is a key factor for a large-capacity beer production line.
