OVERVIEW
Design and construction of Medium Voltage Electrical System, including medium voltage lines, intermediate transformer stations and medium voltage cabinets (RMU) to distribute 14MW electricity;
Installation of many large capacity Transformers and Main Switchboard (MSB) system for each manufacturing factory (Welding Factory, Painting Factory, Assembly Factory, etc.);
Deployment of Low Voltage (DB) system and exposed/underground cable trays to provide safe and stable power supply to each machine, robot and automatic assembly line; (4) Installation of reactive power compensation system and power quality monitoring system to optimize the consumption efficiency of the entire factory.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The main idea of this 14MW project is "Building Super Load and Synchronous Electrical Infrastructure for the Automobile Manufacturing Industry", aiming to establish a system of supplying and distributing extremely large capacity, extremely reliable power, meeting the requirements of synchronous and continuous operation of modern automobile manufacturing and assembly factories.
